EnviBios Multiuse

EnviBios Multiuse is a microbial preparation containing high concentrations of Bacillus strains , which helps to quickly start and increase the efficiency of activated sludge systems through biological enhancement. The product is suitable for treating organic-rich wastewater such as municipal wastewater, food industry wastewater, dairy, confectionery, paper, and pulp wastewater.

Description

EnviBios Multiuse Wastewater Treatment Microorganisms

EnviBios Multiuse is specially designed with high concentrations of Bacillus strains to improve the starting performance of activated sludge systems through bioenhancement.

The product is used to treat wastewater rich in organic matter (protein, carbohydrates, fats, and oils) such as municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater from bakery and dairy production, food processing plants, paper and pulp mills, etc.

Advantages of EnviBios Multiuse wastewater treatment microorganisms

  • Non-pathogenic, environmentally friendly , and easy to use.
  • The robust heterotrophic growth parameters combined with diverse extracellular enzyme capabilities allow for growth under a wide range of conditions and wastewater types.
  • Wastewater quality is improved through better biodegradation of organic compounds including polysaccharides, proteins, fats, and oils.

Application

  • Urban wastewater
  • Industrial wastewater
  • Wastewater from shopping malls
  • Wastewater rich in organic matter

Product characteristics

  • Physical characteristics: a cloudy, straw-yellow liquid.
  • Microbial density: minimum 1 x 10⁹ cfu   /ml
  • Packaging specifications: 4-liter can
  • pH: 7.5 – 8.5
  • Shelf life: 24 months

Operating conditions

  • Salinity: freshwater to seawater (does not affect performance in the range of 0 – 50 g/l)
  • pH: pH 5 to pH 8.5
  • Temperature: 10˚C – 40˚C
  • Wastewater type: rich in organic matter (protein, FOG, wastewater containing carbohydrates such as kitchen waste, municipal waste, dairy, bakery, etc.)

User manual

EnviBios Multiuse should be added to the influent wastewater collection tank of the wastewater treatment system so that the spores have time to germinate and adapt to the system.

A minimum target cell count of 1×10⁵ cfu/ml should be achieved when using the product, equivalent to 100ml per 1m³.

The hydrolytic capacity of enzymes secreted by Bacillus microorganisms has the potential to generate more soluble BOD through enhanced polymer degradation. Ensure that process considerations and adequate aeration are applied to address this issue.

Recommendations for use

Envi Bios Multiuse is recommended for use in wastewater treatment systems that are rich in organic matter containing proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and oils, such as municipal plants, bakeries , breweries, dairy plants, and food processing plants.

Limits of microbial composition

The product will perform poorly under highly alkaline (> pH 9) and highly acidic (< pH 4) conditions and will also lose activity at low (< 15˚C) and high (> 40˚C) temperatures.

Wastewater must have appropriate levels of carbon and phosphorus to support microbial growth.

Preserve

  • Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
  • Avoid inhaling too much.
  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap after use.
