EnviBios AN is a biological preparation combining selected bacterial strains with rapid decomposition ability and functional enzymes applied to anaerobic wastewater treatment for many industries. The composition of bacterial strains and fast-decomposing enzymes in EnviBios AN has been specifically selected to increase the efficiency of anaerobic treatment, thus the product helps to optimize the biogas production process.

User Manual Anaerobic Treatment
EnviBios AN is added directly to the daily influent waste stream, immediately before entering the anaerobic treatment plant or lagoon. The dosage depends on the scale, treatment technology of the system and the quality of the plant’s effluent (inlet to the treatment system). The effectiveness of EnviBios AN is to increase the amount of biogas produced and significantly reduce the COD of the wastewater.
Initial adaptive culture:
Perform from 30 days to 90 days. Supplement daily with dosage: 0.2 – 1.0kg/100 m³/day
Continue to maintain after initial adaptation
Perform throughout operation. Weekly supplementation at dosage: 0.2 – 1.0 kg/100 m³/week
Storage and handling
- Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
- Store between 1°C and 23°C (34°F and 73°F).
- Avoid inhalation.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Wash hands thoroughly with warm, soapy water after handling.
