EnviBios Drainline

EnviBios Drainline is an effective microbial preparation for grease and oil treatment, combining enzymes and bacteria. Enzymes such as lipase and esterase, along with surfactants, help break down substances into easily digestible compounds. Bacteria then thoroughly break down fatty acids such as palmitic, stearic, oleic, and linoleic acids, ensuring complete cleaning.

Description

EnviBios Drainline microbial treatment for grease and oil

EnviBios Drainline is a specialized microbial product for treating food grease (FOG) using a combined chemical and biological mechanism. Lipase and esterase enzymes, along with surfactants, break down FOG residue, converting it into more easily biodegradable components. Bacteria then completely decompose the remaining FOG residue components, such as palmitic, stearic, oleic, and linoleic fatty acids.

EnviBios Drainline helps improve COD (Cash Flow Rate) and limits the formation of oil and grease-based floating sludge. The product is suitable for treating wastewater rich in organic matter, such as: kitchen wastewater, municipal wastewater, dairy processing wastewater, and wastewater from livestock and poultry slaughterhouses.

Advantages of EnviBios Drainline microbial grease and oil treatment

  • Broad-spectrum organic waste decomposition.
  • Rapidly breaks down FOG residue, transforming it into more easily biodegradable components.
  • Increased activity of selected microorganisms helps improve overall biological treatment efficiency.
  • Enhance aerobic and anaerobic treatment efficiency.
  • This mixture of selected microorganisms is capable of producing highly hydrolytic enzymes, which helps to increase the rapid decomposition of organic waste.
  • Maintain the efficiency of the wastewater treatment system and minimize environmental pollution.

Product characteristics

  • Physical characteristics: liquid, opaque white color
  • Microbial density: minimum 2 x 10⁹ cfu /ml
  • Packaging specifications: 4-liter can, 1-liter bottle
  • Shelf life: 24 months

Operating conditions

  • Salinity: Freshwater to seawater (does not affect performance in the range of 0 – 50 g/l)
  • pH: pH 5 to pH 8.5
  • Temperature: 15°C – 40°C
  • Wastewater type: Rich in organic matter (protein, FOG, wastewater containing carbohydrates such as kitchen waste, municipal waste, dairy, slaughterhouses, etc.)

Recommendation to limit

  • Wastewater has a pH > 9 and a pH < 4.
  • Ambient temperature below 15°C and above 40°C
  • Wastewater rich in phenolic and hydrocarbon species includes wastewater from wineries, olive processing plants, or heavy industries.

User manual

EnviBios Drainline can be added to sewer systems, pipes, wet wells (lift-up stations, manholes), grease traps or blocking devices, or directly into the wastewater stream. The treatment solution should be added during periods of system inactivity or slow flow. This optimizes the conditions for the biodegradation of grease and other buildup.

Note:

  • The hydrolytic effect of enzymes secreted by Bacillus microorganisms can increase dissolved BOD through enhanced degradation of polymeric substances.
  • Ensure adequate aeration as needed and apply appropriate wastewater treatment system operating procedures when BOD increases due to the hydrolysis action of enzymes on organic polymers.

Preserve:

  • Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
  • Avoid inhaling too much.
  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap after use.
